How to find your box code

The 8-digit verification code is printed on the bottom panel of your BNRThin Slim+ box. It begins with “26” (2026 production batch). If your code does not start with 26 or you cannot find it, contact us — you may have received counterfeit stock.

How to spot a counterfeit

• No verification code printed on the box, or code does not start with “26”
• Box labelling in Chinese only (our MY product is labelled in English)
• Purchased from an unauthorised reseller (marketplace third-party seller not linked from bnr17.my)
• Price significantly below RM 136 per box for single purchase
• Packaging appears resealed or tampered with
