1. Parties

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern purchases made on bnr17.my between you (“Customer”) and Medibeu Sdn Bhd (“we”, “us”), the sole authorised distributor of BNRThin Slim+ in Malaysia. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

2. Order acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm your payment has been successfully processed and send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch in the event of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity, with a full refund.

3. Pricing

All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price at the time of your confirmed order will be honoured. We absorb standard domestic shipping costs on orders above RM 150. Orders below RM 150 incur a flat RM 6 shipping fee.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe Inc., a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store card details. By providing payment information you authorise Stripe to charge the amount due. For subscription orders, you authorise recurring monthly charges until cancelled.

5. Product information

Product descriptions, images, and claims are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication. BNRThin Slim+ is a food supplement and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results may vary. Claims on this site are made in compliance with NPRA/KKM guidelines applicable at the time of publication.

6. Intellectual property

BNR17®, BNRThin Slim+™, and the BNRThin brand are trademarks of AceBiome Inc. (Seoul, Republic of Korea). Medibeu Sdn Bhd is the authorised distributor and licensee of these marks in Malaysia. All site content, images, and brand assets are the property of their respective owners. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Malaysia), our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the purchase price paid. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, including the Contract Act 1950 and the Consumer Protection Act 1999. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
