Packaging & storage
Every order ships in an insulated mailer designed to maintain temperature below 25°C during transit, inside a protective outer cardboard box. No dry ice or refrigeration is required — the 3-phase desiccant inside each sachet protects the live cultures.
Upon receipt: Store below 25°C, away from direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate. The product is shelf-stable for 18 months from manufacture.
Order tracking
A tracking number is emailed when your order is dispatched. Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Malaysian public holidays). Orders placed before 2pm are typically dispatched the same day.
