✓ Unopened — Full refund

Return unopened, sealed product within 14 days of receipt for a full refund including original shipping. Product must be in original condition with box and sticks intact. Contact support@bnr17.my to initiate. Return shipping is at customer’s cost.

⚠ Opened — Damage only

Opened product is eligible for refund only if cold-chain damage occurred during transit. You must submit photo evidence of damaged packaging within 24 hours of receipt to support@bnr17.my. We will assess and respond within 3 business days.

“It didn’t work for me”

We understand. Probiotic science is real, but individual responses vary. “Didn’t work for me” is not eligible for a refund — the product was delivered as described and the clinical evidence applies to study populations, not individuals.

What we will do: offer a 1-on-1 follow-up call with our team to review your usage (timing, diet, duration), and give you 50% off your next order to continue the 8–12 week protocol the science recommends. Email us at support@bnr17.my with “Follow-up request” in the subject line.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@bnr17.my with your order number and reason.
  2. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.
  3. Ship the product back to the address provided (unopened returns only).
  4. Refund is processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.

These terms are in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Malaysia). Nothing in this policy limits those statutory rights.
