1. Programme overview

Medibeu Sdn Bhd (“we”) operates the BNR17 Affiliate Programme through which approved affiliates (“KOLs”) earn commission on sales referred via their unique affiliate link and/or discount code.

2. Commission

10% of order value after customer discount. Commissions are tracked via 30-day cookie and/or coupon code attribution. Both link AND code must be used together for commission to track correctly. Subscription orders earn commission on the first month only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Payouts

Paid monthly on the 15th via Malaysian bank transfer. Minimum payout threshold: RM 100. Commissions on returned/refunded orders are reversed. Tax obligations are the affiliate’s own responsibility.

4. Content rules

Affiliates must comply with CLAUDE.md Tier A claims only in all organic content. Tier B language (visceral fat, clinical numbers) is prohibited in affiliate content. Tier C language (weight loss claims, before/after, doctor-recommended) is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination. FTC/KKM disclosure (“#ad” or equivalent) required on all sponsored posts.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account for content violations, fraudulent activity, or self-referral. Earned commissions up to termination date will be paid; pending commissions may be forfeited for cause.
